Open a dispute ticket in your account under Transactions. Our disputes team investigates within 48 hours and contacts you with findings. Most disputes resolve within 5 business days. You'll see the status update in real time.

Yes. Go to Account Settings > Legal & Data, then select Export History. You'll get a CSV file with every deposit, withdrawal, bonus and gameplay record. The file is encrypted and sent to your registered email.

All payment data is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard protocols. We never store full card numbers or bank details on our servers. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay transactions are tokenized so your wallet stays secure.

You can close your account anytime from Settings. We retain transaction records for 7 years for compliance, but delete personal data within 30 days unless you request otherwise. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account age. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay each have daily and monthly caps shown in your Payments settings. Contact support if you need limit adjustments for verified accounts.

We notify you 14 days before any material policy change via email and in-app notification. You can review the new terms in full before they take effect. Continuing to use your account means you accept the updated terms.
